Affiliate Program Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Delizen Studio Affiliate Program (“Program”). This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you (“Affiliate” or “you”) can promote Delizen Studio’s social media promotion services and earn commissions. By joining the Program, you agree to abide by these terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

• Eligibility Criteria:
  To qualify as an Affiliate, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Operate a website, blog, social media account, or other digital platforms that comply with our guidelines.
  • Not be an employee, agent, or contractor of Delizen Studio.
• Enrollment Process:
  To enroll, you must submit an application through our Affiliate registration form. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion. Approval indicates acceptance into the Program and willingness to comply with this policy.

3. Commission Structure and Payment

• Commission Rate:
  Affiliates will earn a commission of 20% of the revenue generated from sales that are directly attributed to your referral links.
• Tracking and Attribution:
  All sales will be tracked via our affiliate tracking system. It is your responsibility to ensure that your referral links and tracking codes are properly implemented on your platforms.
• Payment Terms:
  • Commissions are calculated on a net revenue basis (excluding taxes, refunds, or chargebacks).
  • Payments are issued on a [monthly/quarterly] basis once you reach a minimum threshold of [specify amount].
  • All payments will be made via [specified payment method, e.g., bank transfer, PayPal].
• Disputed Transactions:

  • Email marketing, provided you comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Brand Usage:
  You must use Delizen Studio’s logos, trademarks, and marketing materials as provided in our Affiliate Resource Center. Do not modify or alter these materials without prior written permission.
• Prohibited Activities:
  • Do not engage in misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive advertising practices.
  • Avoid using spam, unsolicited emails, or any other methods that violate anti-spam laws.
  • Do not bid on branded keywords or use our trademarks in paid search campaigns unless expressly authorized.
• Compliance:
  All promotional activities must comply with applicable laws, industry standards, and the guidelines provided by Delizen Studio.

5. Affiliate Account Management

• Affiliate Portal:
  Upon enrollment, you will gain access to our Affiliate Dashboard, where you can track clicks, sales, and commissions.
• Account Information:
  It is your responsibility to keep your account information, including payment details and contact information, up to date.
• Reporting:
  Detailed performance reports are available in your dashboard. We recommend reviewing these reports regularly to monitor your progress and commission accrual.

6. Termination and Suspension

• Termination by Affiliate:
  You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by notifying us in writing. Outstanding commissions will be paid according to the Payment Terms.
• Termination by Delizen Studio:
  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account if:
  • You breach any terms of this policy.
  • Your promotional activities are found to be unethical or illegal.
  • Fraudulent or manipulative practices are detected.
• Effect of Termination:
  Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this policy will cease, and you must immediately remove all Delizen Studio promotional materials from your platforms.

7. Modifications to the Program

Delizen Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. Changes to the commission structure, payment terms, or policy guidelines will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Continued participation in the Program after such changes indicates your acceptance of the modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

• Limitation of Liability:
  Delizen Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.
• Indemnification:
  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Delizen Studio, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of this policy or any unauthorized promotional activities.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to your participation in the Affiliate Program shall be resolved amicably through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, as outlined in our general Terms and Conditions.
