Delizen Studio accepts a variety of payment methods to facilitate a seamless transaction process for our customers. These methods include:

- Credit/Debit Cards: Processed securely via our integrated website payment gateway.
- Online Payment Platforms: Payments through trusted online processors available on our website.
2. Payment Process and Invoicing
- Advance Payment Requirement:
- Pre-Service Payment: All clients must complete payment via our WordPress system before any services are initiated. This applies to both one-time (custom video production) and recurring (monthly subscription) services.
- Agreement and Confirmation:
- Customers initially reach out via WhatsApp or email.
- We negotiate terms and prepare the appropriate agreement.
- Once the customer signs the agreement and sends a confirmation photo, they are directed to make payment through our WordPress website.
- Automated Receipt:
- Upon successful payment, our system automatically generates and sends a receipt via email.
- Billing Procedures:
- One-Time Payment Services:
- Services such as custom video shooting, editing, or individual advertising campaigns are billed as one-time payments. Payment must be received in full before the project commences.
- Monthly Subscription Services:
- For recurring packages, such as our Basic and Advance Monthly Packages, the subscription fee is billed upfront at the start of each billing cycle. Payment must be completed on WordPress before monthly services (e.g., video shooting and editing) are provided.
3. Currency and Pricing
- All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- Prices and service descriptions are provided on our website and are subject to change without notice.
- Any applicable taxes will be included on your invoice as per local regulations.
4. Payment Due Dates and Late Payment
- Immediate Payment Required:
- Payment is due at the time of placing the order via our website.
- No service or video production will commence until payment is fully confirmed.
- Automated Processing:
- Once payment is confirmed, services will be scheduled according to the agreed procedures.
- For recurring subscriptions, ensure that payment is made at the beginning of each billing cycle to avoid service interruptions.
5. Security and Data Privacy
- All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
- We do not store complete payment details on our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we protect your data.
6. Dispute Resolution and Payment Discrepancies
- Invoice Discrepancies:
- If you believe there is an error in your invoice, please contact our billing department within 7 days of receiving the invoice at billing@delizen.studio.
- Refunds and Adjustments:
- Refunds for one-time services are generally not provided once services are rendered.
- For recurring subscriptions, any adjustments due to billing errors will be credited or refunded according to our Refund Policy.
