Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which customers may cancel, request refunds, or reschedule services provided by Delizen Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing our services or subscribing to our packages, you (“Customer”) agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Services Covered
This Policy applies to all services offered by Delizen Studio, including:
- One-Off Services: Such as video shooting, video creation, influencer or community collaborations, and individual social media advertising campaign setups.
- Recurring Packages: Such as the Basic Monthly Package and Advance Monthly Package, which involve a series of services delivered over a specified recurring period.
3. One-Off Services
- Non-Refundable Nature:
Once a one-off service (e.g., individual video creation or ad campaign setup) is completed and delivered, it is considered non-refundable. - Service Cancellation:
If a cancellation request is made before the service commences, we may, at our discretion, cancel the booking without charge. However, if any preparation or preliminary work has commenced, cancellation fees may apply.
4. Recurring Packages
- Cancellation Notice Period:
For recurring packages, such as monthly service subscriptions, a written cancellation request must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle. - Billing and Refunds:
- If a cancellation is received in the required time frame, your subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period, as services are rendered on a scheduled basis.
- Early Termination Fees:
In the event that a recurring package is cancelled without the required notice, Delizen Studio reserves the right to charge an early termination fee equivalent to 50 percentage of the remaining balance of the subscription.
5. Cancellation Process
- Submission:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@delizen.studio or through our designated contact form on our website. - Acknowledgment:
Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will send an acknowledgment within 3 business days. The effective cancellation date will be confirmed in this correspondence. - Documentation:
Please include your service reference number, contact details, and reason for cancellation to help us process your request efficiently.
6. Refund Eligibility and Process
- Eligibility Criteria:
Refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as a failure to deliver services as agreed or technical issues that prevent service delivery, and must be requested within 14 days after the service delivery date. - Refund Discretion:
Any refund granted will be at the sole discretion of Delizen Studio and may be partial or full, based on the nature of the service and the circumstances surrounding the request. - Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approval date, and any refunds will be issued via the original payment method. - Non-Refundable Fees:
Any non-refundable fees, such as setup fees or administrative charges, will not be returned even if the service is cancelled.
7. Rescheduling and Service Modifications
- Rescheduling Requests:
If you wish to reschedule a service rather than cancel it, please contact us at support@delizen.studio with your preferred alternative dates. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require an adjustment in pricing if significant changes to the original scope are necessary. - Service Adjustments:
For recurring packages, if you require modifications to the service schedule or content, please contact our support team. We will work with you to make reasonable adjustments, though such changes may not affect the billing cycle or subscription terms.
8. Disputes and Exceptions
- Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute regarding a cancellation or refund, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through direct negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms and Conditions. - Exceptions:
Any exceptions to this Policy must be agreed upon in writing by an authorized representative of Delizen Studio. Such exceptions are rare and will be documented as amendments to the original agreement.
9. General Provisions
- Modifications to the Policy:
We reserve the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes. - Severability:
