  • Recurring Packages: Service subscriptions billed on a recurring basis (e.g., Basic and Advance Monthly Packages).
  • Affiliate: An individual or entity that promotes our services through a referral program and is eligible for commissions based on closed sales.

3. Services Provided

  • Service Descriptions:
     Delizen Studio offers a range of services as detailed on our website:

    • Video Creation & Posting: Production of short-form videos (up to 60 seconds) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Rednote.
    • Influencer/Community Collaborations: Coordination services to engage influencers or community pages.
    • Social Media Advertising: Strategic planning, setup, and management of advertising campaigns on Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
    • Monthly Packages: Bundled services that combine video creation, posting, and advertising campaigns over a specified period (e.g., 3-month recurring packages).
    • Optional Services: Additional services such as social media account setup, AI-generated content enhancements, and account management.
  • Service Availability:
    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Specific service features, delivery timelines, and pricing are subject to change.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Pricing:
     All fees for one-off services and recurring packages are as stated on our website. Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment Methods:
     We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and designated online payment platforms.
  • Billing Cycle:
    • One-off services are billed and due upon completion of the service.
    • Recurring packages are billed on a [monthly/3-monthly] basis as per the selected package. Payment must be made on or before the due date specified in the invoice.
  • Late Payments:

  • Recurring Packages:
     Cancellation requests for recurring packages must be submitted in writing (via email to support@delizen.studio) at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
  • Service Rescheduling:
     In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavor to reschedule services. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require an adjustment to the billing date.
  • Refund Eligibility:
    Refunds, if any, will be provided at our sole discretion and only in cases where services are not rendered as agreed.

6. Affiliate Program Terms

  • Commission Structure:
     Affiliates earn a 20% commission on revenue generated from closed sales that are tracked via the referral system on our website.
  • Affiliate Obligations:
     Affiliates must promote Delizen Studio honestly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Any misleading or deceptive practices may result in termination of the affiliate agreement.
  • Payments:
